At Bistro Amasa, we take pride in providing an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Because our services involve perishable goods and made-to-order items, all food and beverage sales are final.
If you believe there was an error with your order or you were dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us directly at info@bistroamasa.com or 805-571-7529. We handle refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make things right.
For event deposits, private dining reservations, or pre-paid experiences, cancellation and refund terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Please review those terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
